Nothing fun has happened the last few days; it's been way too cold.  I cleaned the garage last night.  I hope to get in there this evening and get the final 1/4" board epoxied to the transom.  Turns out I was 1/4" short on depth (needs to be 2 to 2-1/8" thick for the OMC Cobra outdrive or the shaft bottoms out in the coupler).
