Ground down the glass around the 1/4" spacer, finish cut the drive hole and test-fit the gimbal housing and am leaving to go get the wood I need to rebuild the stringers.  Tomorrow the starboard stringer gets cut out!  I added pictures to the Installing the New Transom page and have started adding content to the Rebuilding the Stringers and Battery Trays page.
