Got back in the groove today and got the compartment separators carpeted and dug through the parts bins, identifying everything.  Picked up a bunch of stainless hardware with my Dad and kids and attached all the brackets, then sealed all my through-transom holes with epoxy.  I also made the engine mount pads (3/4" ply with another 1/2" ply board on top, one for each engine mount) by glassing the two pieces together.  Those are on the bench outside curing.  The 1100 gph bilge pump and auto float switch show up Tuesday.  I'll put those in, then it's time to attach the gimbal housing and the drive, install the trim pump and get the wiring routed to the right places.
