I wet-sanded and buffed the transom this evening and installed the bilge drain and the pitot tube for the speedometer.  I also wrote up a how-to on Buffing Fiberglass.  The bilge pump shows up tomorrow, I'll be installing that along with the float switch.  Check the Re-installing the engine and drive page for more info.
